Our final to do list:
• Do final credits in google doc
• Write app description
• Write app keywords
• App screenshots (5 for iPad, 5 for iPhone)
• Import, strip out names, possibly separate into categories
• Main Menu - Fill out “OTHER INFO” button content
• Add warballoon intro, steve co. intro [at release time]
• Define each “checkpoint” we want (for dropoffs), install analytics for crashes
• Turn off debug features: logging, excess analytics, debug app settings,
• Unset all debug code flags (DEBUG, TESTING, etc)
• Clean up project for all unused assets & files (semi-optional)
You’ll notice a distinct lack of bugs (not saying were going to ship a bug free product, but it should be really good).

To keep things tangible - this is what were dealing with right now. Help give you insight into where we’re at:
• [BUG] ambient music will rotate after every menu
• [BUG] music layering is overlapping. When you enter battle the ambient music will keep playing
• [BUG] fix ambient/battle music so it keeps track which was used last when back from menu
• [BUG] Music sometimes keeps going on from room detail after you exit back to gameplay
• [BUG] enemy invaders need to stay in position while teleport in and be invulnerable
• [BUG] crew/character can select path through others, but then goes to other random tile
• [BUG] if 1+ person assigned to room or blocked dest. - can leave room (wander) or even un-assign
• [BUG] heal and Repair “sliding’, but shouldn’t move during - until they play the exit anim
• [BUG] if crew is blocked by crew/alien/dead they constantly re-try - makes a “gong” noise
• [BUG] load game: assignments need to save guid (load unique ids w/room) so not assigned to first w/id
• [BUG] load game: missions aren’t correctly setting completed
• [BUG] load game: invisible crew present on NEW game only (hopefully) after new/load->mainmenu
• [BUG] iPhone4 Retina - starting menus cut off/not cut to frame. (cocos2d update to latest)
• [BUG] once crew’s body disappears the walls stay transparent even after they’re gone
